Whichever unit you choose, it will be comprised of a custom steel framed building which includes central heat and air, the plant controls include full manual back up controls as well as amp gauges for selected motors. The heart of the control system is the plant PLC which handles control of all mix design ingredients. A PC running the Windows™ operating system on a color display is utilized to display all salient mix parameters. A graphic of your plant is depicted with values, including temperatures, displayed proximate to the appropriate piece of equipment. A second PC is included to handle all silo loadout functions.

Truck ticketing and all manner of customized reporting is delivered in hard copy by the dot matrix printer. A second printer keeps a hard copy log of mix parameters, mix design changes and out of tolerance conditions. Full modem capabilities are provided to allow remote factory support of all computerized operations. Software is available to line loadout systems from multiple plants to a central data hub.
