| As any plantman worth his salt knows ..... the key to production
is air flow. A low dryer velocity coupled with a low air-to-cloth
ratio results in high performance. These principals are strictly
adhered to at ALmix. Dryer velocities are held below 1,000
RPM and air-to-cloth ratios are held below 5 to 1. Primary
collectors are not required. ALmix baghouses use time-tested
pulse jet technology. Air dryers are routinely included in
the compressed air system The return dust system includes a
variable speed waste dust auger to allow adjustment of fines
being returned to mixing drum. Ductwork connecting the dryer
to the baghouse allows room for misalignment and is assemble
using chin binders instead of bolts. |
