A wide assortment of surge and storage system choices is available. Systems may be stationary, portable or self-erecting. Drag conveyors utilize welded steel roller chains with abrasion resistant steel slats. Chromium carbide floor liners are bolted to the optionally heated subfloor. Bypass doors are exceptionally long to promote full clean out. Heavily built silos feature gusseted cone sections to prevent cone separation. Cone heat may be oil or electric. Insulation packages are available up to 6 inches thick on sidewalls and 12 inches thick at the silo top.

The skin is pre-painted aluminum for a long lasting aesthetic appeal. Safety gates, hydraulic chain adjustment and “blue smoke” elimination systems are but a few of the surge system options available. Truck scales, weigh batchers and back-weighing systems are available for loadout. Pneumatic zip tubes are also available to speed the tickets to your drivers.
