| Asphalt tanks may be direct fired, electric
or hot oil heated. Most users prefer hot oil heat for its versatility.
A hot oil heater provide neat for jacketed lines, silos and
additional asphalt, heavy oil or additive tanks. Our helical
designed heaters provide maximum efficiency and reliability.
Hot oil or electrically heated tanks may be either horizontal
or vertical. Vertical tanks are a popular choice to conserve
space and to easily accommodate an agitator to keep polymers
suspended. Metering pump skids and transfer pump skids may
be permanently mounted and pre-piped on portable units. Commonly
selected options include level gauges, fume condensers, night-time
monitoring systems and adjustable support jacks. A load cell
mounted calibration tank may be supplied to expedite metering
pump calibration. |
